Administrative Registrar

full-time–Brussels

We are currently looking for an Administrative Registrar to join our team, and to coordinate logistics with regards to exhibitions at the gallery and at art fairs. As an Administrative Registrar, you will organise shipment of artworks in collaboration with our in-house technicians as well as with external art handlers. You will also organise the technical staff planning with regards to the installation and hanging of artworks at the gallery. You will be responsible for transport and production budgets and related administrative follow-up, as well as customs formalities in regards to the importation and exportation of artworks. You will be entrusted with the daily management of our inventory system, updating our database, and the coordination of loan requests and condition reports.

The ideal candidate has several years of experience with budgeting projects as well as with logistics and shipping. They demonstrate outstanding skills in time management and are able to set priorities and take initiatives. They are highly responsible and organised and perform well under pressure. Knowledge of English, French and Dutch is required.
