Footage of Paul and Linda McCartney on a farm in the English countryside plays on the monitor on the left. The image freezes and then on the monitor on the right, facing the wall, a music video set to Wings’ “Heart of the Country” plays. The music video is comprised of footage of animal slaughter from factory farms. The viewer is given the choice of whether to look at the violent imagery, in which depending on their dietary habits, they may be complicit.
