Curated by Luca Pietro Nicoletti, this exhibition stems from a shared experience and presents a series of aquatints by Giorgio Griffa at the Stamperia d’arte Albicocco in Udine. It is not merely the outcome of a collaboration between an artist and a printing workshop, but the result of an intimate connection: a sensitive body of work built through encounters, returns, repeated gestures, and trials.
In addition to the three major works—Arrotondato, Angolo acuto, and Angolo retto—from the 2025 aquatints, the exhibition features three new works from 2026: Forte debole azzurro, Forte debole rosa, and Forte debole viola. The exhibition is rounded out by two prints from 2025 belonging to the artist’s series dedicated to the golden ratio: Canone Aureo 938 and Canone aureo 820.
