La Valse des fleurs was published on occasion of Constantin Nitsche’s exhibition held at Collection Lambert from October 2025 to January 2026.
The book seeks to convey, page after page, the balance of a carefully considered installation in which forms resonate quietly with one another. Nitsche confronts the inner turbulence of representation through subjects drawn from everyday life. From the stingray brought in from the port of Marseille to the ornamental detail of a floral curtain, from the sleeping face of his wife to an October sky resting on the calm horizon of the Mediterranean, no subject is unworthy of his particular attention or of the allegorical transposition made possible through the act of image-making.
