Xavier Hufkens is pleased to announce participation in Art Brussels 2026 with a diverse group presentation across multiple generations of artists, including McArthur Binion, Tracey Emin, Michel François, Antony Gormley, Thomas Houseago, Evan Holloway, Esther Kläs, Mark Manders, Michelangelo Pistoletto, Danh Vō, Qiu Xiaofei, and Zhang Enli.
Alongside a group presentation, Xavier Hufkens is pleased to present a solo presentation of new paintings by Cassi Namoda at Art Brussels 2026. This new body of work, entitled A Town That Aches of Old Memories and Reeks of Urine, traces lives shaped by flood, personal loss and colonial history in the low-lying coastal landscape of her hometown, Quelimane, Mozambique. The evocative paintings move between lived experience, memory and symbolic distortion, reflecting on a place where memory is not merely nostalgic but physical —embedded in the environment and the body.
