Thomas Houseago and Roberta Tenconi
In this video, Thomas Houseago discusses his major exhibition, Journey, celebrating 30 years of collaboration with Xavier Hufkens, at the gallery with curator Roberta Tenconi.
"I think sculpture should be as prevalent in society as architecture; as prevalent as cinema; as prevalent as advertising. As we become increasingly digital, where everything is manipulable, surface-level and entertaining, I have this desperation to point out that there’s this thing called the body and it feels and experiences things." — Thomas Houseago
